The product itself was decent, maybe like a 6 or 7 out of 10, but the delivery took longer than I expected. I think it was around a week or so later than I was hoping for, which was frustrating

It took a bit longer than I expected to hear back from support, which was a little frustrating at first. Once they did reply, though, they were helpful and got me what I needed. I just wish the response had been quicker, but I was relieved in the end that they actually followed through

I ordered from Eden and Willow and felt like the prices were reasonable for what I got. The quality seemed to line up well with the cost, so I didn’t feel like I overpaid. I do wish they had more discounts or occasional deals, especially since they’re not exactly the cheapest option out there. That said, shipping wasn’t bad and overall I’m happy with the value and would consider ordering again

My order did arrive safely, but the packaging wasn’t quite what I’m used to. Compared to other orders I’ve received, the box looked a little squashed on one side and there wasn’t much padding inside. Luckily nothing was damaged, but I expected it to be packed with a bit more care. It wasn’t awful, just not as secure as I would’ve liked

For what I paid, I’m not complaining. It does the job, and the delivery showed up fine, nothing amazing, but no real issues either.

I’ll give edenandwillow.com credit, the site is really pretty. The colors are soft and the layout is simple enough that it’s easy to browse without feeling cluttered. That said, a few pages loaded a bit slower than I expected, and that kind of thing sticks with me because it can make the experience feel less smooth. Still, the overall design is nice and I did enjoy looking around. 4 stars

I ordered from edenandwillow.com a while back, it looked great when it showed up. The style was exactly what I was going for, and the packaging was fine too, so at first I was happy with it.

But after just a few weeks of normal use, it started showing wear faster than I think it should have. I’m not rough with my stuff, so I’m kind of putting that on the quality, not me. Nothing has completely fallen apart, but it definitely doesn’t feel as sturdy as I expected.
For the price, I figured it would last a bit longer. It’s still usable and it looks decent, but I wouldn’t call it super durable or something I’d count on long term. Giving it 3 stars because it’s nice, but the durability let it down.

I was happy because the things I wanted were, like, actually in stock, which doesn’t always happen when I’m shopping on other sites. The ordering part was really easy too, so I didn’t have to, you know, scramble and change my plans at the last minute. I’d definitely buy from them again.

The only reason I’m giving 4 stars is that the text came out a tiny bit smaller than I expected, but it still looked really nice overall. I’m happy with it.

I could kind of tell as soon as I touched it that the material was nicer than I expected. The fabric feels thick but still really soft, and it just gives off that good-quality feel.

well... I had to return my order and was expecting it to be a bit of a hassle, but it was totally fine. The refund came through quickly, and support replied in a normal, straightforward way without making things complicated.

I tried to exchange my order for a different size, and it ended up being way more frustrating than I expected.

I emailed customer service, but the replies were slow and kind of vague. They kept telling me to follow the same steps, even though the link they sent wasn’t working for me, and I never really felt like anyone was actually trying to fix it.

By the time it finally got sorted out, I was just over it. Between paying for return shipping and waiting around, I don’t think I’d order from here again. Did anyone else have the same issue with exchanges?
